WHO WE ARE
Since 1990, Esse B.M. Srl has been operating in the mechanical sector, producing products for companies primarily in the Automotive, Robotics, Industrial Electronics, Automation, Aerospace, and Medical industries.
HISTORY
EsseBM was founded 35 years ago, in 1990 in Viale Marconi in Strambino. After years of constant expansion, in 2001 the company headquarters was moved to a structure, the current one, larger and more suitable for managing the constantly growing orders: currently 450mq. are available for offices and 1450mq. for production use.
Along with the move to the new facility, the metrology department was established to guarantee and certify increasingly higher quality standards. In 2005, as proof of its commitment to quality, EsseBM obtained ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications.
In 2013, the metrology instrumentation was significantly upgraded with the purchase of the Zeiss Contura G2 continuous scanning CMM, supported by the powerful Calypso measurement software.
In a continuous growth and innovation perspective, the company has been enriched year after year with new, increasingly advanced and high-performance CNC machines.

The careful corporate organization of ESSE BM offers the customer an efficient and punctual management of the entire production cycle, from simple technical and commercial consultancy to the design work, from the actual mechanical processing to the assembly of the assembled products and their delivery.
To optimize production and improve workflow management, since 2022, we have implemented a Hanel Lean Lift automatic vertical storage system, consisting of 40 drawers and integrated with our company management system. This allows us to monitor the status of products, semi-finished goods, and equipment in real-time.

CONSULTING
Esse B.M. offers, a clear cost estimate and precise planning of production steps, to ensure the customer meets the delivery date.
DESIGN
We develop client projects based on the needs and targets required, making use of the expertise of our technical department.
PRODUCTION
With our select fleet of machines, in which 5-axis multi-pallet machining centers and combined turning and milling centers stand out, we can cope with a wide variety of machining operations.
QUALITY
Our company has a metrology room complete with the best measuring instruments, most notably the Zeiss Contura G2 continuous scanning CMM.
TREATMENTS
In the management of the production route, we can also deal with the management of surface and heat treatments.
ASSEMBLY
In our dedicated department, we can carry out the assembly of even a complex product with components from our own production and/or contract manufacturing.
LOGISTICS
Having reached the end of the production process, all that remains is to package the finished product and deliver it to the end customer, either by our own means or through trusted carriers.

AUTOMOTIVE
For over 30 years, a large part of our production has been dedicated to orders from the automotive sector and the creation of special parts (vintage cars, custom motorcycles, ...).
ROBOTICS
In a field subject to interesting expansion, we have created precision mechanical parts that make up increasingly sophisticated and high-tech systems.
AUTOMATION
Over these 35 years we have collaborated with various companies in the automation sector, cooperating in the creation and assembly of simple and complex mechanical systems.
ELECTRONICS
We have been making industrial electronics projects since the 90s. We are still engaged in production related to this branch: fixtures, receivers and a wide variety of test instruments.
MEDICAL
In the pharmaceutical-medical sector we produce instruments, spare parts and special parts to be used in the laboratory. The most relevant projects have also seen a specific study on materials.
AEROSPACE
We work closely with leading companies in the aerospace sector, supplying critical components for engines, structures and on-board systems.
